1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MenuSpy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including restaurant owners, managers, and any other visitors to our platform.

2. Description of Service

MenuSpy offers a one-time restaurant intelligence report for one US restaurant or concept at $79. The report is a research snapshot covering comparable menus and observed prices, local food signals, events and regulatory watch items, with source links and stated limits.

The report purchase does not require an account or subscription. Research starts after payment, and report access is delivered through a private email link. The link is available for 90 days, and the report can be printed or saved as a PDF. It does not include ongoing monitoring or establish site feasibility, zoning approval or guaranteed business results.

Existing account features are separate from a one-time report purchase. Depending on account access, these may include competitor menu extraction, pricing insights, planning context, review analysis, an AI chat assistant and loyalty tools.

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information

The Service, including its design, features, code, AI models, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by MenuSpy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
