Guest report orders

When you request a one-time report, we collect your delivery email address, restaurant or concept name, US location or neighborhood, cuisine and the other details you choose to provide, such as service style, a public menu link, intended price range, opening month and your priority question. We store these details with the order to prepare and deliver your report.

Stripe handles checkout. We provide Stripe with your delivery email address and order references, and store the checkout session identifier and payment, research and delivery status with your order.

Guest report access uses a private email link containing an access token. The service stores a hash of that token and checks it with the order identifier and expiry before returning the report. The browser may keep the access token in session storage so the report can reopen in that browser session. Anyone with the complete link may be able to access the report, so keep it private.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers
