Highlights for restaurant operators: month-to-month billing with no contract on the paid plans, cancellation at any time from Settings, refunds handled on a case-by-case basis by emailing contact@menuspy.ai, no warranty that competitor menu data is one hundred percent accurate at every moment in time, a fair-use limit on API and AI message volume per plan tier, and standard liability limitations and dispute resolution provisions.
