Do I need a credit card to start?
The free plan requires no credit card. The 7-day trial for paid plans requires a card on file at signup — you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you sign up for Starter or Pro, you get 7 days of full access at no charge. You'll receive a reminder 2 days before your trial ends. If you don't cancel, billing begins automatically on day 8 at your plan's rate. Cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a "competitor"?
Any restaurant, delivery app listing, or food-service business that you want MenuSpy to monitor counts as one competitor. This includes locations on DoorDash, Uber Eats, and direct website menus.
Do you offer discounts for restaurant groups or franchises?
Yes. Groups with 5 or more locations qualify for custom pricing. Reach out via the contact form and our team will build a custom quote within 24 hours.
What if I cancel? Do I lose my data?
When you cancel, your account moves to the Free plan. You retain access to 30 days of history. You can export your full data before downgrading. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you return.
