How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you sign up for Basic or Premium, you get 7 days of access before paid billing begins. The checkout screen shows the exact start date and billing interval. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a "competitor"?
Any restaurant, delivery app listing, or food-service business that you want MenuSpy to monitor counts as one competitor. This includes locations on DoorDash, Uber Eats, and direct website menus.
Do you offer discounts for restaurant groups or franchises?
Enterprise uses custom pricing for larger multi-location groups. Contact the team to discuss locations, support, and onboarding needs.
What if I cancel? Do I lose my data?
When a paid period ends, the account returns to the available free experience. Export availability depends on the active plan, so download needed Premium exports before the paid period ends.
