This page describes how MenuSpy collects, uses, and protects your data. In short: we collect the restaurant data you give us during onboarding and competitor configuration, plus the public menu data we pull from your competitors. We do not sell your data or your competitor pricing intelligence. We use cookies and authentication tokens to keep you signed in. We use a small set of operational vendors (Firebase, Stripe, an email-sending provider) to run the product, and each one only sees the slice of data they need. You can request a full data export or a full account deletion at any time by emailing contact@menuspy.ai. The page is updated whenever a material change happens in how we handle data, with the change date noted at the top.
