By late 2024 and into 2025, MenuSpy had evolved from a focused menu tracking tool into a comprehensive competitive intelligence platform. We added loyalty and CRM capabilities, allowing restaurants to build customer relationships while simultaneously understanding how competitors were doing the same. We integrated our AI chat assistant, enabling restaurant owners to ask natural language questions like "What are my competitors charging for appetizers?" or "Which competitors mention free delivery most?" and get instant answers.

The platform now serves multiple user archetypes:
